The production line is suitable for packaging production such as bottle unscrambling, air washing, filling, cap feeding, cap screwing (pressing) (or cap grabbing), aerating, large cap feeding, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of spray and aerosol bottles in such industries as medicine, daily chemical industry, chemical industry, etc. It has reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products. It is also suitable for filling of other packaging materials such as droppers.
Conveying type bottle feeder: Suitable for storage and conveying of glass and plastic round bottles. Capacity: 200-500 bottles/minute.
Drum Bottle Washing Machine: Features alternate washing by two waters and one gas for thorough cleaning. GMP compliant.
Tunnel Sterilization Dryer: Primarily used for drying and sterilizing antibiotic and glass bottles.
Round Disc Bottle Feeder: Automatic rotation for orderly supply to the line. Available in 600 or 980 diameters.
PYG12/8/8 Integrated Machine: High-efficiency filling, cap feeding, and screwing for spray and dropper bottles.
Collection Platform: Used for temporary storage of packaged bottles. Customizable platform sizes.
